mad

This past Monday I happened to "ingest" some of the tainted peanut butter we've all heard about recently. I never knew how bad I could feel until then. Lordy butt (pun intended) it's been an experience I would rather not relive. Here are some thoughts:

LongDropLooney

Sprint'nDrop

HarryMontezuma

Twinkletoes

Also taking donations for the various and sundry expenses associated with this outrageous event. You can fill in the blanks as you like.

I would invest in Gatorade at the moment. I knew I was in trouble on Wednesday when the loss of fluids was greater than the intake, was able to stagger to the doc's office and got on some powerful antibiotics and nausea medicine. Has helped a bit butt (that didn't come out right or maybe it did), the carpet will have to be replaced as it's got some burnt fibers. Reminds me of a dragstrip.

Karnis, gatorade ain't the remedy for electrolyte loss.Sports drinks are hype for that problem.
Cheap beer and eating a cluster of grapes does as well I'm told.

Pedialite is good stuff.Have used it for years when hunting dry country, treating heat exhaustion and loss of fluids from various causes in soldiers and S & R folks and those rescued who were suffering.Water ain't enuf sometimes..

Best there is available over the counter ...unless you are in the hospital with a drip IV and astute physician who has done the blood work..

The carpet can be cleaned-fixed..take care of your health and if the neighbor's cats have been a problem in the wife's flower beds, maybe the PB can yet have some use..:) ( just kidding) Jim

I think it was indirectly water. I got it from food. I ate food my wife didn't. I was "holed" up for 3 days and she wasn't.

There were time I didn't know whether to kneel or sit..........
