Just joined over there. Seems there can be bolt throw/scope clearance issues with the CZ?....and the tactical version I hel today had a pretty high cheek weld, but it’s a thick, target stock, too. I guess a threaded Tbolt is another consideration?

If I wanted to do what you're talking about, I'd start with that standard 10/22. Send it off to Connecticut Precision Chambering for the full treatment.
