Laid down yesterday evening at 4PM , woke up at 3AM this morning. Don't think I've ever slept that long before. Pissed about a quart when I got up. Feel weak and kinda dizzy. Not hungry. Guess time will tell.

On the weather front, snow is beginning to stick on the sidewalks and streets, temps still dropping. My go to coffee shop didn't open this morning. mad

Did you take the influenza vaccine this fall? Or are you one of those {chicken little-chemtrails-pistol in the shower} type campfire members?

Everyone I know has had flu or upper respiratory BS. As much as I hate the heat, I’ll be glad when summer gets here.

Wife's nephew and his wife went to Disney in Florida with their daughter and her kids. He got the flu a day after they got there, and his wife got it the day before they were to come home. He said he was so miserable that he never wanted to hear the words Florida or Disney again ever.

Larry, I hope you get better. I've had the flu or something for the last week and a half. I wouldn't wish it on anyone..

If you feel something coming on go straight to the Zicam. That stuff works and has kept me from coming down with anything for several years now. I am not joking. ZICAM

Zicam flat out works. Listen to your body, rest when needed, and drink lots of water.

I hope that time does not tell you that you have the bad flu virus that has affected many folks out West, many of whom have needed ER help and several of whom have died. Upper respiratory distress accompanies the lousy/weak feeling. Some of the common side effects are excessive urination and loss of appetite, so do yourself a favor and drink/eat plenty. Some friends attended a large conference in Phx about 2 weeks ago and masses of the folks there got sick - easily spread and comes on quickly - those friends are still feeling it..
