Sometimes she puts a layer of browned ground beef in it but it was meatless this time. Still one of my all time favorite dishes. Pic don’t include the ranchera sauce. I thought the peppers were spinach. That's even better though. Chili Relleno's are my favorite Mex food so I'm sure I could put a dent in that batch given a chance.

Looks Great!!! It was delicious. I put a tad too much pasta in it so it got a little thick on me but I love those little mini macaroni's. Had to add some extra stock so I'd have enough broth to soak my biscuits in but it didn't hurt any thing.
