I'd like to know the which company or gunsmith did these type of lightening cuts to Rem 700 receivers? I know it's a long shot but does anyone recognize the work?

Just about any back yard machinist could have done that. Doubtful it was a gunsmith who did the work, IMO.

Falcon, As much as I dislike the use of P-rails, that one looks pretty nice. Can you i.d. it?

Yeah, you're probably right... this rifle also has a 7mm STW custom barrel on it too.
