Flour seasons with garlic and herb seasoning. Deer cube steaks dredged in the mixture. Browned cube steaks and put them in pirex dish. Little water and covered with foil. Whipped up mash taters and some Mac and cheese while they baked tender about 35 minutes. Very flavorful and fragrant dish. Could eat deer cube steak everyday.
