I like the homemade country sausage that people in these parts make.......if I can get it. It's a simple recipe.....sage, salt, black pepper, and red pepper. I used to kill hogs and that was how I did it. I usually have to eat store bought, and I like several different brands.....Tennessee Pride, Jimmy Dean's, Williams, and Grogans. I also like the smoked country sausage, the homemade kind. Just finished of a sack last week.
