anyone get theres coated to keep rust off, such as arctic kotes "baked-on polymer finish" or parkerizing. mine is ported so i dont know how that would work either.

I have the "Arctic-Kote" on my 1895M......been there for 5 or 6 years with no problems. I also have the same finish on a couple of other rifles and just recently went with the Cera-Kote on one also.

which coating do you like better, were they the same price?
i was thinking about coating a 1895G and a browning abolt.
i have heard that the black T/green T coating is really well, but would prefer not to deal with the hassel of shipping.
