2. Looking for a .17 HMR for sure...might be interested if it were a .17 WSM given the right gun. Not looking to put a lot of cash on top of the deal. If someone has one let me know and we'll see if it is something I'm looking for.

How does it shoot for you group wise at 50yds? Nice looking ruger

I have one of these, outstanding shooter with even the cheapest ammo. I'd love to have another for the kids, but the money just isn't there. For what it's worth, I paid $379 for mine 20+ years ago. This gun is priced to sell, I'd be all over it had it been 2 months ago. Good luck!

I have never shot this particular rifle. I picked it up at from an estate sale with high hopes of making is a ground squirrel rifle, but can't bring myself to get that interested in carrying it around in the gopher fields with that barrel. From inspection I would say this gun has been shot very minimal. Everything looks clean, functions properly. I'm just looking to scratch the next itch :-)

Is that a blued model?
I can see the trigger is....

The reciever is blued, barrel is stainless...not sure how many of those were made that way. Kind of neat looking if you like those kind of contrasts.

Alright, let's see if we can get this moved so I can get me a .17 HMR. The weather is unseasonable here, the golf courses just opened, so you know what that means for a target rich environment when it comes to Rock Chucks and ground squirrels.
