Well, I'm pretty sure no body really expected much in the way of unvarnished truth and it's a good thing because there was none of that to be had. I particularly liked the statement by the New York police chief that, because there was no national database on CC permits, they would not know who might be carrying. He went on to say that now they KNOW who has guns. Well, of course they do; most gang members, most pimps, drug dealers, professional criminals, and others who ignore the law. Anyway, it was just as tough to watch as I suspected it would be. It is entertaining to see how badly the media people's panties twist up. GD

NYS and NYC have been a tragic comedy since way back in the 30's and the Sullivan Law, continuing on to the recent so called SAFE Act.
Be aware that the movement is working to bring these attacks, on your 2nd amendment rights, to your town.
They are persistant and absurdly well funded.
Sadly, we brought you M Bloomberg and Hillary, along with NBC, etc.

60 Minutes is absolutely without credibility. I saw that because of 2 or 3 stories they've done on my area of expertise over the past 35 years. The editing of the interviews made the stories contain so many 1/2 truths and misleading conclusions that were so obvious to me, I can't take anything they say seriously.

That "60 Minutes"? I believe it was a Pinto and a model rocket engine, that was a long time ago. A quick Google shows "Dateline NBC" did a similar trick with a Chevy truck and had to publicly apologize in 1993.

That "60 Minutes"? It wasn't a road flare but it some kind of explosive device. They couldn't get one to catch on fire all by itself after a side impact. I still have one of those Chevy old trucks..
