Injuries have slowed me some.
Stuff takes longer to heal.
Surgeries needed in the near future.
Bad back/shoulders due to genetics.
Be OK after that.

I still do all I used to, just a little slower and not as well.

Hurting all the time does make me tire sooner.

I heard my theme song on the juke box yesterday- " I'm Much Too Young To Be This Damn Old"- Garth Brooks,. while I was acting my age at my favorite watering hole.

I agree with the hangover comments. It seems like right around when I turned 50 that it doesn't take much to end up hungover. it seems like 3 beers will do it, I still do like a shot of tequila now and then.

I had a frightening experience the other day, I woke up in the morning and nothing hurt, I though for a moment I had passed away during the night. whistle

I have no practice acting my age. Older tomorrow than today and I've never seen guidelines on the topic.

My joints are HORRIBLE. I am going in tomorrow for a 4th shoulder surgery. At least I'll have an excuse for acting like an idiot when I am loopy from the meds.

I will be 64 in may and until a few weeks ago I felt much younger than 63, seems over night the joints in both shoulder stated to ache from morning to night.
Just the simple task of lifting up my arm to close the rear truck cap shot pains. Got to get it checked out..

I never really grew up, just learned how to act in public. Some of my friends would even argue that. I was at the supermarket today and I rode the shopping cart up and down the isles like I almost always do. It drove my ex crazy. Life is too short to be serious all the time.
