Had a really good, thick chunk of Top of Iowa Sirloin from Fareway, along with some baked beans, onion slices fried up with the stems from some Ports of Bellows (caps go tomorrow night with mozzarella on them), garlic toast, and a tossed salad.

Pastrami, mortadella and turkey deli sandwiches on Dutch Crunch rolls. Lays potato chips and orange crush.

Fat Tuesday date night with wifey.

Went to the Marina and watched the sun set over the Delta on the upper deck of a friends house boat.

Flew back to Texas this evening after a couple of weeks in Idaho. Hit a Mexican place for take-out. One cheese and one beef enchilada, a beef taco, rice and beans. Ate about half but it was darn good.

Jim Conrad, you strike me as a man that knows how to enjoy a good meal, be it simple fare, or fancy.

Still a growin' boy?

Seared in a pan with olive oil and butter, then baked at 400F for ~10-15 minutes until center was 125F. I let it sit about 5 minutes and then cut and served. It was pretty awesome.
