1 mile run in the a.m. then a few hours at the rifle range, afternoon swimming with kids in the pool followed by crunches.

This years goal, loose 10 lbs. Life goal, gave up copenhagen. πŸ‘

That Copenhagen was a bear to fight for me. Quit 15 some odd years ago and damn glad I did. If nothing else its an outrageously expensive way to eat at your teeth and gums.


Had the time and hit it hard yesterday. Started out the day taking the dogs for a walk. After that I had a long stretch and warm-up session then a hodge podge of full body exercises with minimal down time between them. After I cooled down I took the dogs for another long walk.

I got off the Copenhagen about 20 years ago (was on it about 20 years)- was tough, but after a year or so, I knew I whipped it- it’s a nasty ass habit and nearly as addictive as heroin. It’ll be one of the best things you ever do

Been a month without for me, dont miss it. This fall will be the test, thats when I will miss it. Bad stuff though, hate being addicted to anything.

Good luck Tom - quitting chewing can be a seriously difficult endeavor. But as you know, it is worth it.

Never tried copenhagen. Used to have a little Red Man whilst cutting firewood, but that stuff was about enough to make my head spin.

Still at it, same routines. Squats, DL, BP, but mixing in more evolutions.

Thats an accurate description if I ever heard one.

I walked 1.5 miles on my lunchbreak then shoveled 3 wheel barrows of dirt, unloaded them by heaving over my fence and laid some sod when I got home. Gotta love yard work!

Did resistance machines yesterday, mostly upper body but also hamstring curls and quad extensions. You can do those with a cast, just don't ask your doctor first.
