Going on a plains game hunt this June. Have decided to bring my Blaser R93 with a .30/06 barrel on the hunt.

Was shooting it yesterday and with Barnes Vortex 168 TTSX factory loads, it was shooting MOA.

Switched to the new Federal Edge TLR 175 grain factory loads and it consistently shot sub MOA.

My question relates to the performance of the Edge TLR on game. Does anyone have any experience with this bullet on game animals? If so, how did it perform.

Thanks!

Can't speak for performance but the 200 grain TLR shoots very well in my 300 Win Mag, I wouldn't be afraid of using that bullet on your hunt it should perform great!

They shoot good in my 300 WSM but I didn’t have a chance to do a flesh test this fall
