It amazes me that they curse and moan about the NRA controlling Congress and swinging elections, all the while never gaining a clue that it is the conservative voting block which controls the NRA and thus the members of Congress we have elected.

At least the guy toward the bottom was correct. Although the NRA is only a part of the gun owners out there, they are the highly motivated minority with strong sympathy from the majority of gun owners. The Russians are funding them guy was funny though.

Those folks are so loaded down with feelings that there is no room for facts.

Pretty simple, actually. The NRA establishment had to be dragged, kicking and screaming by their membership (gun owners), into being an organization that fights for the rights of gun owners. Otherwise, they would have continued to be an organization whose focus was shooting matches, hunting, riflery instruction, etc..

The liberals and Dimmies pretty much HAVE to attack the NRA and it's members...

Otherwise they would have to be honest and admit it's the Constitution they are really attacking.

It amounts to the same thing though. It just doesn't sound as bad.
