There is currently an ongoing petition organized by the leftists to pressure a local sporting goods retailer, Kittery Trading Post, to stop selling modern sporting rifles. Luckily there is also a counter petition encouraging KTP to continue their tradition of serving law abiding sportsmen. If you have a moment, I encourage you to sign the counter petition linked below. Currently the leftists have gathered 5k signatures, while the good guys have only gathered 2k.

Of those 5000 sigs only about one percent would ever shop at their store and about 99% of the 2000 would shop at their store. If KTP is to stupid to realize this a counter petition ain't gonna help them.

I got nothing against petitions. But why would a retail business give a fug about a petition?

The quantity of business they do is the only petition that matters.

The pressure probably comes from a bunch of Assachusstians and other northeastern, socialist humanoid debris.

Here's something else you can buy off 'em,..a Smith's Arkansas stone on a base with a cover for under 20 bucks.

Everybody needs a good Arkansas stone and this looks like a dandy. Get a spare to leave here and there,...maybe 2.

I agree completely with the sentiments of a couple members above regarding petitions in general. What really chapped my arse was the original article I read online that claimed there were 3500 people in favor of infringing in our 2A rights, while only 4 were in support of maintaining our rights. Of course, the bad guys have had their petition out for nearly a week, while the good guys petition was just released, but that fact was never mentioned. Original article is below.

If a gunshop bows to liberal snowflake pressure, then they don't need to be in the gun business in the first place.

The sales of particular firearms ought to dictate what they stock and sell... Not liberal propaganda.
