Gentlemen,
I need a little help. I am going to look at what I think is a 99PE tomorrow. It is a .308 with the original wooden display box and the original cardboard box and paper work. Unfired and in excellent condition. What should I expect to pay. Give me a range, great buy, good buy, to damn high. Appreciate your help. Thanks

Sure it isn't a centenial? I know they came with wooden boxes, didn't know the PE's did.

I'm likin the new trend. There's enough sources out there with enough information on prices that will help you make a decision. Only I know what I can afford.

The last PE that sold on Gunbroker went for $3980 with 20 bids. It was a .243 with the box.

How do I tell the difference between a PE and a Centenial? I looked in the Blue Book of Gun Values and no listing for the Centenial. What gives on the no prices? I haven't been on in a while, did ya'll decide not to give pricing advice? Thanks

Centennial Edition Is on page 1339 S with the newer stuff,
Not with rest of the 99s.

Thanks Guys, the rifle was a 300 Centiennial. It has the original hang tag still on the gun along with the plastic bag that went over the rifle. It is in the wooden display box and has the card board shipping box. I bought it!! I told my wife it just followed me home. Regards - Foxnut
