I wonder if every 'person' that is on the ptsd payroll should start considering the future. Like as if....there is a "LIST" with those persons name on it. Adjudicated psyche cases. Be nice , plenty of fuggers milking that crap around here... People in everyday America don't really see how the game gets played If ya live around a military area you do. Little Johnny seen a single motar round land 800 yds outside wire While he was airing up a tire on his truck Little Johnny seen a dead body once on the road Little Johnny did 3yrs in the army and his leaders talked cross to him Cause he was a below average truck driver Little Johnny researched ptsd and mental disorders on the internet Little Johnny went to mental health and knew the magic symptoms to say when asked and on questionaires. Little johnny collects over 4 k a month tax free for 100% VA rating for ptsd and mental issues Little Johnny has a therapy dog , it's his badge of honor. Little Johnny is on unca suga VA happy pills as part of his game also..... Little Johnny was a shytbird when he was in the army And still is a shytbird now... I know that guy - but his name is David! He was a shytbird truck driver, who received an LTH discharge - but is now being cared for through the VA! He only lives to do drugs (never met one he didn't like), and copious quantities of alcohol! Yeah, we have one around my parts, and his name is Steve. His family blames his behavior on PTSD, and totally disregards all the failed drug tests and job firings, as well as the booze. Poor thing, such a "victim."

So here's my question on this BS law; I own guns, my wife owns guns, my kids own guns. If one person is labeled a threat, do they seize everyone's guns in the house, or just the threats? Total BS trampling of rights.
They say everything happens for a reason.
For me that reason is usually because I've made some bad decisions that I need to pay for.

You will be amazed what is out their basically telling people the magic words, phrases,symptoms to describe

It's almost seems people join with intent of the end game of this being
the reward for a short time in the military.

It is rampant and many see how the system is being played by a good amount of

Usually 1st words in a conversation
Many use it to their advantage.
Ask slumlord about the 3-5 ptsd types that drop that with people

Not all these cases are bogus at all
But a good chunk of em really are.

Guns don't need to be banned

in a mandatory data base
You want disability money for mental illness or are on

Broward County judge on Friday issued what is thought to be the state’s first order temporarily removing guns from a person under Florida’s new gun-control laws.
Four firearms and 267 rounds of ammunition were ordered removed from a 56-year-old Lighthouse Point man who experts determined was a potential risk to himself or others.
The guns and ammunition have been temporarily removed from the man under the state’s new “risk protection” law, which is also sometimes called “red flag” legislation, Lighthouse Point City Attorney Michael Cirullo confirmed.
“We know it’s the first case of its kind in Broward County and we think it’s the first one in Florida, under the new law,” Cirullo said. “Up until the introduction of this law last week, there was no process for us to protect the public in this kind of situation.” I would rather take my chances with the 56 year old than the government protecting me.

When I retired from the Army in '11, the folks at the VA were shocked that I claimed nothing for disability. They tried to talk me into a 20% claim for PTSD. When I told them I didnt have it, they said after 3 tours in Iraq as a Medevac pilot, I surely saw things that would bother me. I told them I didnt want this to be a reason to be denied the RKBA in the future. Obama was already talking about this at the time, and no way was I gonna be a part of it.
There is no way to coexist no matter how many bumper stickers there are on Subaru bumpers!

By a judges order they remove property and the benefit of property all the time. That soon goes to court for due process.
It's called a temporary protection order. If they prevent you from going to your home, enjoying the benefit of your property, they have effectively confiscated it.

I will be dammed if I let the govt list me on some data base After being a grunt for 24yrs and then being labeled a " dangerous broken toy" by them down the line. Mr so and so has hearing crap from getting his bell rung, joint crap from being an armed pack mule and staple crap in his diaphragm from a grenade blast injury and that is all they need to know. They don't need to know what I fugging think, that I will never use as a crutch for gain.
