Several have inquired about the doe hunt and asked the same question.
Does it have to be 5 hunters?
Answer: No the package is for up to 5 hunters, so anywhere between 1 to 5 can book. We have ranch tags to use so it is possible for 1 person to come out and do this on there own even
until tags run out and then we would need to hunt our properties that are regular season.

Update: all MLD doe hunts have been booked. I have one regular season doe hunt package available but you must use the tags off of your license.
In order to get the 10 doe package we will need at least 3 hunters to have enough tags. Thank You

To All,
And anyone reading this wonders WHY whitetail hunting in TX is called "the RICH guy's sport"??
For not much more $$$$$ than that, I can book a complete hunt for elk, moose & bear AND for 2X that amount, I can likely book a "last minute" safari to Sub-Saharan Africa.

That part of Texas is ancient looking but beautiful in it's own way. Cedar, mesquite, throw in some live oaks and a lot of rocks. It looks almost barren when you first see it but game abounds there...and some nice bucks. Deer, quail, turkey, hogs and lots of varmits. If you want to play here it costs. Some of the premier s.Texas leases are $10,000 a gun and more. If you've never seen the country it would be an experience you'll not soon forget. Kudos to Mike for trying to make a living in a hard and competitive business. powdr
