Basically New. I bought this off a guy mostly for the optic. Had a sweet deal I couldn't pass up. He sold me the tikka which only has 50rounds down the tube (one range outing) came with a nightforce SHV 5-20x56, nightforce ultralight rings, nightforce rail and nice case for 1250. So I'm thinking about selling the Tikka with the nightforce rail. Not sure if it's 20moa or not. I'll look later.
