try this one put in 12 gauge for shell , then select any hull for drop down, will not go to step 3

I left a message requesting theirr IT call me back. I use google chrome as browser on my chrome book. All other sites work great. Nothing like people changing things and not helping.

It works here on Chrome, I've been on their site several times lately..
are you scrolling down and selecting "get data"?

In your shotgun example, you don't have to check anything beyond step 2 unless you want to further refine the results. Do as Kenneth said and click on get data.
