It depends upon the brass. Lapua & Norma I don’t do anything other than neck size, chamfer & load. Most others I deburr the flash hole, neck turn til it’s cleaned up to 50% at least, neck size, trim, & chamfer.
I full length size them, deburr the inside of the flash hole, trim to length, chamfer the case mouth and stoke 'em up. Weighing cases? Ain't nobody got time for dat!
