For several years, I'm not sure Salma Hayek could be topped. Think of that body like chiseled & polished marble in the dancing scene in From Dusk Till Dawn. Jamie Lee Curtis had a similar bod in True Lies, but her award is for greatest tits.
Years before,, if Cheryl Ladd had needed a kidney, I would have given her both of mine.
Then, the eyes, Faye Dunaway & Natalie Wood.
Drop dead gorgeous, china doll looks... Catherine Zeta-jones while she was in her 20's. So damn beautiful that I never really cared what her tits looked like. Her face was enough.

Is Kate Upton an actress of any note? I've only seen her in one, but I still remember her scenes, especially when she was in a bikini. Stunning. Don't think she is an actress, but a gal that shows up on BEAT BOBBY FLAVE. that really does it for me is Katie Lee. She's from W. Virginia so I'm guessing she has one leg longer than the other from growing up on a hill. I'd overlook it.

Some tough ones to make a choice on, many have been said already. Been watching a lot of eng sub chinese tv series over the last few yrs, there are quite a few there that are very good, and not at all difficult to look at, Choo Ja-hyun, Michelle Yeoh, and a few others, that you have to watch the show they were in, to see them, many don't have pics on IMDB or Wikipedia..
