They are a favorite around our house. Roasted or grilled with all manner of fat and seasoning.

There are very, very, very few things I can't stand to eat, brussel sprouts is one. I will admit somewhere my wife ordered them and they were sliced ~1/8" thick and fried in some sort of garlic butter that resulted in a crisp tasty bite that only had a feint hint of brussel sprout flavor.

I love 'em. But, just like liver or sardines, I can understand how someone that didn't like them. Really wouldn't like them.
Parents who say they have good kids..Usually don't!

Ummm. Love them. My favorite way is to season them with salt (fairly heavy), lemon pepper and garlic Grill them until they still have a bit of crunch and then toss them with balsamic vinegar. If the weather is [bleep] like it's been all winter here we do the same with a steamer.

i've always liked the little cabbages. My wife did not - until we did the garlic and oil roast. Save your portion for me.

Pan fry in butter, garlic, salt & pepper. Serve covered in cheese sauce. Complement with a baked 'tater, piece of meat & slice of pear pie. Wash it all down with a tall glass of iced tea. DANG IT!!! Come on summer.

Wrap them in half a piece of bacon and pin it w/ a toothpick. Bake at 376 for 35-40 minutes. Dip in your favorite cheese sauce if you prefer.

Clean, halve, toss in mixture of Real good extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and pressed garlic
Roast in shallow pan in oven until desired browness.
Sometimes I’ll top them with grated Romano or Parmesan just at the end of cooking.
Halve through root so it doesn’t fall apart, as much. Add a little balsamic vinegar (use a good one that is slightly sweet)

I like the bacon grease options too. When done, drizzle with a little honey, balsamic vinegar, and sirracha hot sauce.

I will eat them anyway you cook them. But my favorite is just boiled until not too soft and pour salt and cider vinegar on them.
I could eat a five gallon bucket. Same Here,, They grow good up here and my wife doesn't eat them,,I'm ok with that!
I tend to use more than enough gun

Iffn' you eat a five gallon bucket that way, I would imagine that your A$$hole would physically be blown off of your main body cavity never to be found again. Let us know on your next bucket.........................
If you find yourself in a hole....quit digging
