A Foremost Model 6500 in 30-06.

It appears to be a typical 1960s vintage Yugoslav commercial 98 Mauser action, or barreled action, that was assembled and proofed in England.

When I first saw it, I thought that it was probably a Parker-Hale rifle.

'Foremost' was also a store brand name used by J.C. Penny's for a line of firearms they sold.

It might be a Spanish Santa Barbara action, not Yugoslav.

Spanish, very similar to the Parker Hales. Nice rifles and generally can be had at bargain prices.
