8 miles on the mountain bike yesterday, was amazing weather and trail conditions after snowing the day before. You take any sweet ass jumps?
Then STFU. The rest of your statement is superflous bullshit with no real bearing on this discussion other than to massage your own ego. Suckin' on my titties like you wanted me.

I had been panting and biking 45 minutes a day for 20 years, but this year I started hiking and just sweating for 45 minutes a day in the winter. The slimy leaves are just too dangerous for a 67 year old on a race bike. The bike is a Specialized Roubaix expert Di2 The boots are Danner size 10

T Nation routine: Squats, hammer curls, standing dumbell press
Roll outs:
Elliptical: Stairmaster is down for repairs. One of the other 3 that use it, must have broke it.
Dog walk 1 hour.

my old gym when we lived in Miles City, had one old stair master- if it weren’t for myself and two others it would have collected dust- bar none the best machine in the building- usually once was enough to convince most folks to try another machine

Same as the one here. There are only a few of us who use it on a regular basis. It’s not rare for someone to shut it down after only a couple minutes. However, some of the girls will surprise you.
The 20minutes I did on the elliptical was a yawn compared to to Stairmaster.

Traveling this week, luckily the hotel has a decent workout room with a stationary bike. Did 37 minutes of intervals, 450 cals.

Have been one busy [bleep] with the new product I'm making. Physically beat down a bit, especially arms.... really gonna have to watch out for RSI's as I move this forward.
Way overdue for a day off. If the weather cooperates tomorrow I'm gonna take a rifle on a walk on that route I mentioned last week where I've got a couple steel plates hung. The "new" ridge they logged (destroying that portion of my old route, grrr) did open that up as a possibility to hang a couple more. I didn't have my LRF on me when we hiked it but it appeared to my eyeball to give a 600-900 yard range of possibilities which is perfect. I'll snap a couple pics if I go up. The Coast Range in Oregon is just crazy steep. When it's scalped bare you can really see it.
One negative to going there tomorrow, come to think of it, is that the dogs picked up a total of 9 ticks last week up there. We didn't notice till they was all swole up. The ticks I mean. Got to try the Nite Ize dog multitool thingie we bought... very light and simple tool, one thing it does is remove ticks, and I gotta give it a big thumbs-up for how well it works.

surprised myself at the gym this evening- in a good way Wendler week 19: squats 5/3/1+, bench 5/3/1+, dips 3x35, pull-ups 3x12, core got 4 reps in each of my 1+ sets- pretty happy with that

Did a 5 mile hike on Sunday with a 45 lb pack and about 750 feet of elevation, followed it up with a PNWild mountain hunter workout on Monday. Just finished up a 9 mile mountain bike ride with a bunch of elevation, set a bunch of a personal records today and rewarded myself with pork tacos and a Fat Tire!

Swimming Sunday, 26 mile road bike ride on the (paved) Bird to Gird trail yesterday.
I don't want to jinx myself, but I think I'm almost over the cold I've had for 3 weeks.

Been walking up and down my stairs with my 40 lbs weight vest and carrying a 10 lbs barbell. Weather is flat out gorgeous here right now and I believe I'll load up my pack and go for a hike on one of the local trails.

1.3 miles of swimming at lunch. Hoping to make it to a road bike race tonight to really embarrass myself.
