California has a crisis in the housing market. They should consider the "success" of their taxation policy. Not to overlook the water crisis, or the immigration debacle, or the failure of the electorate in making needed corrections. I would much prefer all the Marxist morons stay in CA, but they move to escape California's onerous taxation, liberal politics, the deluge of illegal aliens and the associated crime and move to states such as AK, ID, MT, TX etc., but the idiots bring their Marxist politics with them and vote for the very same idiotic progressive policies they were fleeing in the first place! Well think about what we put up with living 50 miles north of the CA line, right on Interstate 5....
Housing prices have quickly gone to $150K minimum over what the damn places are worth...
and that is the cheap ones...
saw the other day... $318K for a 1973 single wide trailer on 2.5 acres...
probably has a hell of a well tho, as they must be aiming for an out of state Pot Grower Wannabe...

I wish they would get their act together because too many of them are migrating to our state and bringing their politics with them. Sadly, they forget why they left California and are beginning to screw up our state now.
