I’m new to this forum, but I am seeking for some advice. I’m new to the gun world and I have a CZ 75B 9mm that I am needing to get rid of because I bought this gun as a gift that they do not want and neither do I for that matter. It’s been barely used and has been kept in excellent condition. How do I figure out how much to ask for it and how do I sell it? Again, I am new to all of this but wanting to learn.

Given your level of knowledge on the subject, it’s probably best to just sell it to a dealer and take your beating. They’ll offer you about half of what it would sell for new or 30% of what it’s worth as a used gun. Figure $250-$300.
If you actually want to learn what these sell for, look at the completed auctions on gunbroker.com. Asking prices are just that, and not necessarily indicative of selling prices. Barely used will sell for less than brand new. This isn’t any kind of a rare gun, but also not super well known either, and so the average joe likely isn’t looking for one. It might take you a while to sell it in the $450 range. These guns sell new in the $525-$575 range.
If you want to sell on gunbroker, you’ll need to ship to a licensed dealer for the buyer to go through his paperwork. Insist on a check unless you have a credit card machine. I’m not sure if Zelle allows gun related stuff but PayPal sure doesn’t and will freeze your account.
You can also try classifieds like here, insist on certified funds and don’t ship til you get the money. Once again it needs to go to a dealer if being shipped out of state. Low $400 range and it would sell quickly enough. State whether or not that includes actual shipping, which can be expensive for handguns.
Dealers can be verified on the ATF website.
You can also sell at a gun show if you’d like. Some states allow private party transfers there where you may not need a dealer.

Where are you at? That might generate some interest in a direct sale. I love mine and have friends who might be interested.

Not sure what you're wanting to learn, about handguns (shooting, carrying, etc.), or about selling guns?

If you're wanting to learn about handguns, you already have a world class pistol and you're looking to sell it. While it may not be the most up to date pistol, the CZ75 is an outstanding pistol, and would be a good pistol to learn to shoot with. They are very accurate, nearly indestructible, and as reliable as a claw hammer!
