When did Browning change front sight from silver solder to screws?
Imagine a corporate oligarchy so effective, so advanced and fine tuned that its citizens still call it a democracy.

I have a steel frame 1992 model, it has a screwed on sight base. My 1989 model has a silver soldered front sight base. The rear sights are identical.
