I would like to replace a damaged stock on a post mil 99F, but seeing one sell on Ebay just now for 229.00, I think it would be better to find a cleaner rifle then sell off the damaged rifle. Talk about supply and demand....Jeez

I hate to admit it but I was outbid on that stock. I have been sitting here moping and pouting for 10 minutes now. I went to $190.00 on it and then said, screw this. I have been looking for a decent "F" stock now for a month. I took the "CD" style off my 308F and sold it, now I have a stockless 99. Oh well, my opinion is $240.00 total with shipping is just plain dumb(for me). Not to say it ain't worth it, just not to me. The search continues I guess, seems the old "F" will sit a while longer without a stock.

I folded at 200.00, told myself this was getting crazy, I'd be better off selling the rifle I have and buying another in better condition. Mope/pout mode is on as well. Good luck in your search...Scott

You might check with gun parts, they may still have a few original post 1 million stocks that Steve from Florida had when he sold out to them.
