Had a 1.25# porterhouse and a spinach salad. Black and white on the steak. Gala apple, pecans, and gorgonzola with a balsamic vinaigrette for the baby spinach.

Just noticed your post, Chinese as well. Grandson loves broccoli, he’s strange, he’d pick all the broccoli out and eat it first then the meat and maybe some noodles if they had ketchup on them. Ugh.

Who lotta sriracha?

Had home-raised chicken that I had cut up and grilled on Saturday. De-boned the breasts, sliced and topped a spinach salad (with tomatoes, green olives, and feta cheese) with it. Light, healthy, and tasty.

20 ounces seems to be on the small side for a Porterhouse. Am I reading you wrong?

1.25 inches thick is minimum to be considered a porterhouse.

You’d think but this kid at 22 months is already using tissue. I don’t think I knew what a tissue was until I was 12.

I concur, like mixed metaphors, a clarification from the poster is needed.

More like marketing.

I assume salt and pepper but I’ve seen the term used for pan seared steak au poivre as well.

I've always understood Porterhouse to be more about the shape than the thickness. Roughly, a Porterhouse is a subspecies of T-bone with a substantial amount of meat on both the strip and loin sides of the bone. OTOH, what is often called a T-bone should be called an L-bone or Γ-bone since the loin side meat is noticeably smaller.
