Today the libs here in Mo. are probably celebrating. They've hounded Gov. Greitens so much that he resigned... Mike Parsons is Governor now. This will just embolden the left to continue to try to find dirt on conservative politicians while casting a blind eye to crimes democrats commit.

So brief synopsis...

Actions have consequences. Keep it in your britches and you won't have to worry about chit like this coming back to bite you. Now, would he have been hounded as hard by the press had he been a Democrat, of course not. It's not fair, but that's just the way it is......AND, it doesn't excuse his behavior whatsoever. As much as I hate to say it, he got what he deserved.

Even the broad came out and said it was BS, so that case was dismissed.

Greitens come outta nowhere in MOtown, mostly, with a lotta money behind him that wasn't from MOtown donors.

Word was, he was at O'Buckwheat's coronation, and several other D events in the past, but changed sides cause a candidate for Dogcatcher with a D by em, wasn't gonna win in MO.

All he hadd do was win the primary, with ads showin him shootin a AR, usin his SEAL past like McLame did.

Was his dhemorrhiod past that caught up to him, tho.

"Borrowin" campaign funds for other purposes. Somethin so stupid and obvious only a D would think they could get away with it.

Lotsa people resented the way he got inta office, though he voted right.

Cut a deal with the feds for little or no jail, in exchange for resignin.

I'm truly amazed at the disgusting and infantile actions of "grown" men in high places. Stupid fawks should be fired for being so stupid. Why on gods green earth would anyone above the level of fry cook take or send any pornographic pictures? They're so power hungry that the little pricks have to show off their little pricks in order to FEEL like big dicks. Pathetic.

Don't know the man but I did vote for him and have overall, been happy with the way he had ran this state.

He admitted having the affair but has steadfastly denied the photo which the prosecutors still had not discovered 20 days ago. Maybe it happened and maybe it didn't but the affair was before he was in office. Not saying that it was a good thing but I'm not ready to join the torch and rope mob with the libs.

Now the other things they kept throwing at him, the campaign lists and all that I don't have an opinion on. Him and his people say that he had broken no laws and the ones on the other side act like it's the crime of the century.
If it would of gone to trial then hopefully we would have learned the truth.

Maybe I'm reading fake news but my understanding was that he claimed to have video of his mistress and he threatened to release the alleged video if her husband didn't STFU about the affair. But he didn't threaten the mistress, he threatened her husband. The cuckold recorded the threat and released it without the knowledge of the mistress.

So, yeah. No great loss.

That case was dismissed.

As one that actually lives in the state and has kept up with this knows what kind of b******* it really is I won't comment much about it I'll just continue loading and stockpiling ammo when the real problem starts. Missouri was a real bad place to be for either side during the first Civil War as it will be again I plan on coming out on top

For the last couple of hours my wife and I have been watching the KC channels to see what the libs are saying about all of this and in that short time we've seen a commercial 3 or 4 times lambasting some conservative lobbyist that we had never heard of before tonight.
They accomplished their goal and now they've got a new target. I expect that we'll see a lot more of this leading up to the mid-terms, especially if they can get conservatives to turn on their politicians over unfounded allegations.

Mike Parsons , Lt. Gov. now taking the reigns, is a solid 62 yr old Republican who won the Lt.Gov race by the LARGEST margin in Missouri history winning 110 of 114 counties..

I had so hoped for better. I guess I fell for the SEAL thing, thought maybe such a man might be more honorable than the average $hitbag politician. Just more of the same, although he did run the State like I wanted. The scandal is the problem, no real substance just that it gives the doofus side grist for the mill.

I live in Kanas City and see at least 6 maybe 10 commercials a day on Greitens now for at least a year.

WHO IS FUNDING all this crap - those are the guys who are pissing me off.

Not because they are good, bad,or otherwise. Anyone who thinks a politician is clean as the driven snow, doesn’t know people, and people who have power.

What matters is if they are “serving” the people (showing up to actually vote and do things comes to mind) - and being fair.

The picture was BS. The "victim" said so. The Affair happened years ago. Greitens and wife reconciled.

The trumped up campaign fund allegations and constant onslaught from the left caused him to resign.

Greifens scared the lefties and as usual their attack was successful.

Yep, it's the alleged used of a charity donor list to use for campaigning that really nailed him. If's he's resigning I take it there is enough to hang him; right, wrong or otherwise.

It wasn't just the lefties that wanted him gone and started this crap. A lot of the Rs in Jeff City had it in for him also.
