That should work out about right Jim.

Even though my grinder and stuffer are both marketed by Weston it turns out that the stuffer is made by "Porkert" in the Czech Republic. Which is fine by me cept it came packed in grease like a military Mauser. I figure it'll take me about that long to get the thing cleaned up and ready for use.

Cool, rainy, day today. Good day for some soup. Made a pot of black bean soup and a pan of corn bread. Used homemade broth from chickens we raise.
