All this talk of potato salad and bean salad has put me in the mood for deviled eggs.

Love those things!

Any favorite recipes?

#1 (simple)

12 hard-cooked eggs
1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing (this is key to the perfect Deviled egg)
1/4 cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika

#2

1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing (this is key to the perfect Deviled egg)
2 Tbsp. CLAUSSEN Sweet Pickle Relish
2 tsp. HEINZ Yellow Mustard
dash pepper
dash paprika

#3 If you have done something worth celebrating, treat yourself to this one.
1/2 cup (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
2 Tbsp. MIRACLE WHIP Dressing (this is key to the perfect Deviled egg)
2 tsp. HEINZ Savory Yellow Mustard with Garlic and Herb
3 oz. smoked salmon, chopped
1/4 cup chopped HEINZ Sweet and Spicy Pickle Chips
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley

Dont F uk up and make the mistake of using mayo. You deserve better. Elevate your game and dont tolerate/settle for Mayo. Im guessing some with try to pass along a recipe that includes mayo. You can discount them as they immediately disqualify themselves in the culinary arena if they suggest using mayo.

Mayo, green onions, bacon, Guldens brown mustard, fresh dill and crystal hot sauce.

Options

Dill pickles, remove dill. Sweet pickles use Dijon mustard.

My oldest daughters recipes.

I've found the most important ingredient to be a big ol dollop of horseradish.

Don't bother if you're using MW though....no sense wasting perfectly good horseradish on donkey spooge.

My folks are in DC taking an educational tour, otherwise I would ask mother for her recipe.

The things I am certain of are sugar, celery seed, mustard, mayo and paprika.

I was 30 before I could eat them, now I like them fine.

Charlie and Fat City......very interesting.

Oh yes Horseradish that’s good as well. Wife uses that in her Mac n Cheese recipe.

I like to smoke the eggs prior to "deviling" & then eat them with various hot sauces !

Fat- Sounds about perfect!

FG- love me some horseradish. I’ll have to put a spoonful in the next batch. Sneak a little xtra in one and offer it to the wife. Lol.

Jim and 99- Smoked Deviled Eggs!?!?!? This will happen soon.

You guys ever eat scotch eggs? Those things might even be better than deviled eggs.

If you want to try something a little different, saute some mushrooms, add them to the cooked yolks, mayo, worcestershire sauce and mustard and puree before filling the whites.

Haven't tried the horseradish but that sure sounds like something I'd be happy to add.
