Yes.....we have some nice grass fat beef.
At times.
Will be hard to grass finish this year.
Nothing wrong with corn finished....we just prefer prefer barley.
Not much corn up here, so we are used to barley.

I may have had barley finished beef and I just don't know it. I'll be on the lookout so I can deliberately try some if I see it in a meat case.

That is a benefit of this area. Travel over the hill to liberal lal la land and there are wood and coal fired pizzerias. Some of the frufru places have wood fired ovens from Italy.
