I know it's different for everyone and can vary trip to trip for the same person, but I've never been terribly bothered by altitude other than the obvious drop off on performance

Did 10 miles on the mountain bike on a local trail, felt really strong on the entire ride, especially on the climb home.

34 miles and 1300' on the road bike Saturday. 37 miles and 3100' on the bike this morning.

I've committed a terrible sin, turning from the good and true whole body workout with athletic lifts and corruptly joining with a simple body part workout.....today was chest and back (at least I did supersets). I may continue in this sinful slovenliness for a couple of weeks before I repent and return to the cleansing sweat of olympic lifts and full body circuits.

30 minutes of intervals on a stationary bike. Gave me credit cor 10 miles, got the HR up to 170.

I've been fighitng with a sore Achilles's Tendon for 2+months now. Can't run but can bike. Physical therapy is helping, but it's slooooowwwww. Pretty discouraging actually.

Achilles issues suck. I played hoops well into my 30's and ended up with achillesissues for years afterwards. But there's hope- they don't bug me at all now.

And I literally am knocking on wood as I type that. smile
