President Trump will hold a rally in Duluth Minnesota next Wednesday, June 20th. The rally will begin at 6:30pm at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center. The rally is free but you need to register HERE! I suggest arriving early if you want a seat. I'll be driving up and returning on the 20th, if anyone would like to ride with me please let me know.

I say no. Beautiful area. Liberal cesspool. I told my wife I'll go back to Duluth area for the scenery. Never to the shops, bars and restaurants again! Buncha skinny jean, scruffy beard, beanie wearing freaks in that town.

Yeah, Duluth is a mini Portland but as soon as you get into the range there are a lot of good people.
I was talking to some friends in Hibbing last night and we are going to go.
The last time I was at a presidential rally was 1972 when Nixon had one at the Brick House on U of M.

I have my tickets, but I will be at the Mayo on the 19th, hopefully I only have one day of testing so I can get back in time. The Duluth News Tribune is trying to scare people away, telling them that even with tickets odds are slim that you will get in. Several of my friends have decided not to even try after reading the DNT article. I also heard that the DFL is gathering up as many tickets as they can, just to NOT attend to make it look as though President Trump has no support.
Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Give a man a welfare check, a forty ounce malt liquor, a crack pipe, an Obama phone, free health insurance. and some Air Jordan's and he votes Democrat for a lifetime.

Quick update, the event has changed location from the Duluth Entertainment Center to the AMSOIL ARENA!

What does this change tell me? It tells me this event is going to be YUGGE! The Amsoil arena is much larger than the Duluth Entertainment Center. Expect some lame protestors, but with the U of M Duluth campus on summer break, I don't expect the protests to be anything too significant.
If any of you Minnesotans and even you Wisconsinites want to get together before or after the event I'll BUY THE BEER!
That's right - free beer - that should get you out of the lazy boy and out to support our President!
Let's turn Minnesota RED in 2020!

I've got my tickets. The venue was just changed to the Amsoil Arena rather than the DECC Arena - just across the street. More seating for a larger crowd. Just was there two weeks ago for the MNGOP Convention.
This is a great logistic move to show up in Duluth - the center of the CD8 - a typical democrat stronghold. But the miners and loggers realize the Dems are anti-natural resourced recovery - and pandering to the enviro wackos. Rick Nolan (D) is retiring and the seat is open. A lot of Soros and Dem. money will be pouring in. Remember that Trump lost Minnesota by only 1.5% in 2016.

Duluth Skyway System, with Skyway across Interstate 35. I recommend parking north of 35 and using the SKyway to walk to Amsoil arena. In fact there is a fair amount of parking right under the skyway just to the north or 35. My mother in law was a Kronholm from around Hibbing. She is conservative and votes that way. It would be nice to see this state go conservative on the vote. It seems that they are conservative by nature but vote dem as a rule.

Trump's visit is a supreme strategic move. CD8 in northern MN. has an open seat with the retirement of Rick Nolan (D). Open seats tend to be easier pickups. But was is more important is that the traditional Dems in that area see their party being taken over by socialists - including rigid environmentalists. They do not want more mining, lumbering and pipelines in that part of the State. Northeastern Mn. is a blue collar region that finally is realizing their Dem. Party no longer supports their economic interests.

The whole fughin state votes red (pretty much) except for those areas and the Twin Cities. I will celebrate the day that happens! I'm tired of being labeled a liberal state.
