Oh, I live in a all white neighbor in a 182k home by the way on the edge of city limits.
2350 sq ft
Full finished man cave basement
2 car garage
3 bedrooms
2 full baths
Large living room and kitchen.

Got a 650 sq ft formal dining room
Never used basically, always bugged me about that....
2 bedrooms empty, kids grown up
Lots of disposable income now and I mean lots....
the 3 daughters are in their lives and gone
No grandkids to spend money on yet....

It depends on your world view, but from my couch this place looks like the Golden Corral of attention whoring. It’s a veritable Sunset Strip, replete with all 31 flavors of normal spectrum approval seeking and sometimes garnished with the tender sprig of boarderline personality disorder.

There’s always a plate for everyone, even if you’re one of the few who only gets to eat once a day. It’s an oasis, but sometime feeding ground for pathological narcissists, kooks and trolls.

Randomly, Chef serves up fusion cuisine with all the comorbid sass and flair one could squeeze out of Rick’s 100% organic Petri dish. For my money, it’s some of the best, almost advertising free, outdoor themed entertainment around.

Sure we’ve got our channel changers, but I wouldn’t trade them and a few ignorant xenophobs, racists, and religious nuts for some idiotopic safe zone.

So, have at it you happy kgunts. Have your type for tat tête-à-tête. We’re watching.

And both attend church together.
They both took turns doing CPR earlier this spring on a 70 old black professor who had a heart attack
watching a baseball game by both of them until the university ambulance arrived.
He died enroute to the hospital.
