Porterhouse Steak... Medium rare.
James Pepper: There's no law west of Dodge and no God west of the Pecos. Right, Mr. Chisum? John Chisum: Wrong, Mr. Pepper. Because no matter where people go, sooner or later there's the law. And sooner or later they find God's already been there.

HA! Chicken and Green Beans over rice. I believe the sauce is some kind of garlic chunk fermented bean concoction with lots of cracked pepper. Oh it’s real good. The other dish is Mongolian beef. I want to say the sauce is like a spicy hot egg foo young gravy with lots of onions and some shredded carrots. Restaurant is a little mom and pop place literally run by a husband and wife team since the early 90’s. Wife and I ate there the first week they opened. Couple put their two daughters through private college with that little place. That is a great looking Jambalaya and cooked in that pot reminds me of watching Justin Wilson the Cajun chef.

I have to say I’m going to have to go on a diet from this thread. I gained ten pounds just tonight looking at the skillet mushroom gravy pork chops, fried chicken with taters with gravy and the already aforementioned Jambalaya.
Good eats gentleman.

Wakey wakey rise and shakey. Daughter made breakfast soft tacos with the left over tri tip and home made guacamole topped with cotija. Kinda nice when they are home from college.

Guy at work brought me some tuna steaks from a fish he caught at the Outer Banks a few weeks back. Covered with Italian dressing and some Lemon Pepper seasoning then tossed them on the grill.
The last time that bear ate a lawyer he had the runs for 33 days!

You have the weirdest things on your table......
My first real meal since coming down with all known diseases earlier this week.
My father in law is visiting and the wife and him are headed to South Dakota tomorrow.
My mother made a dinner for everyone.
Our own roast beef, homemade corn starch gravy, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, relish dish, and hot buns.
For desert she made a white cake with vanilla ICING and cherries.
Its an embarrassment of riches!
I am MAGA.

Grandson wanted his TRex it in the picture. Sunday Dinner with Famliy. A seemingly benign tradition that has major implications for our society. Pops calls it making memories.

Jim, green beans, vinegar, salad. The meat was pork chops, gas grilled. The lady is from East Berlin.

A strange force indeed.
