Cooked a hamburger steak for one tonight.
Baked some frozen fries....seasoned with Tony Cachere's.
I put two slices of American cheese on the burger. Was ready to make a sandwich but the buns went bad.
I like a hamburger steak better anyway.

Lamb chops with some sort of Punjab style veggies.
White corn cut from the cob. Chopped Roma tomatoes. Chick peas, ginger, garam marsala, lemon, chopped basil. Saute corn and maters in butter, add chick peas and spices. Finish with a squeeze of lemon and fresh basil.

Strangest looking walleye I ever saw Richard.
We had a Stouffers Lasagna tonight.
Wife is still gone, Grandma is worn out from looking after the kids all week.
Easy peasy tonight.

Loved those Stouffers all meat lasagnes. Then we switched to the Costco ones. Haven’t had one in over two years since the last rug rat left for college.
Of course I like hot sauce on mine. Gotta get that cheese topping just right, browned and slightly aldente but not burnt.
Fresh fruit and a couple hand fulls of walnut and almonds. Tonight. Wife’s on a health kick since her last doctors visit. I’ll sneak some lunch meat or last nights chicken later.

Tonight will be sous vide pork loin 5 hrs. @ 140 then seared over hot charcoal for a nice crust with white pepper gravy. Smashed tates and green beans. Ice cold milk.

Yesterday we hit the farmers market and bought some spinach, heirloom tomatoes and mushrooms. My wife made us an outstanding spinach salad for dinner with warm dressing, bacon and dried cranberries.
Conduct is the best proof of character.

Oh my that looks good.
We just finished a late dinner.
Wife threw some sirloin on the grill. Steamed broccoli, left over cheesy potatoes, and onions and mushrooms fried together.
Was heavenly.

Saturday it was grilled jalapeno chicken sausage, ribeyes and twice baked stuffed potatoes. Yesterday it was marinated chicken thighs dusted with a seasoning blend, slow roasted in a BGE.

Just got done eating pork chops that were smothered in cream of mushroom soup and simmered for a couple hours. Mashed taters and green beans.
Chops were just as tender as if I had smothered them and put in the crockpot for 10 hours.
