No, not really Denny, it's great (almost perfect) for set it & forget applications, as I listed above.
='s short cook time stuff.
I think I'll got back to my charcoal smoker, for long & low stuff, like the brisket/s I mentioned.
Part of the fun of smoking, is tending to it ! Does that make sense ?

I’m an old school pizza kinda guy, sort of. The girls have been talking about this place for some time and I’ve resisted. Until today. Got all soft being with the grandkid running all over have the time of his life. Yup it tasted good.

Not dinner, but I saw Fat City put up some pics of breakfast rolls so here goes: From scratch, mixed berry, sourdough, whole wheat, rye, 7 grain cereal pancakes for breakfast. ![[Linked Image]](https://s15.postimg.cc/o8r49fy63/IMG_20180710_075021052.jpg) We make a lot of our own bread and when I start up the sourdough there's always leftover from making the bread and putting the next batch aside.................so I make pancakes! I like pancakes like FG Charlie likes his beans. Most I ever recall eating was 14 about that size while hiking with Explorer Scouts in the Sierras......when I was 17 maybe. I'm no longer good for that many but my stomach sometimes says Try It, maybe you can do it again.  Four was enough this morning. Geno

I’ve eaten pancakes for Dinner more times than I can count. Those Lodge round griddles are nice and handy aren’t they.

Those Lodge round griddles are nice and handy aren’t they. You bet.....handy as hell as a grill or in the oven. FYI.....they're the perfect size for a five pack of Pillsbury Grands. Or as I like to call em...a bachelor pack.

Not many choices left in town.
The gas station is hit or miss....some of the bars have finger food and frozen pizzas.
The one restaurant never has any customers because of the quality.
The pizza place is okay. The deli side is no f'ing good though.
So, yes. One choice.
