was in my favorite gun store yesterday and found a Remington 700 adl in 6mm, what are your guy's thoughts.

I think we will want to know where it is if you don't buy it

Which 6mm cartridge is it chambered for?

In general, if you want it and can afford to buy it, you should buy it. If you don't someone else might buy it while you're making up your mind.

If you want it and can't afford to buy it, you should consider being fiscally responsible and take a pass .

If you think that it will be significantly better in any way than the more common 243, you're probably going to be disappointed.

Buddy of mine has one. It's what he started hunting with 45 years ago. I don't think you could pry it out of his hands.

My dad had one of the pre sps adl’s in 6mm
His shot very well with hand loads 65 gr V max I believe

My BDL 700 in 6mm Rem is the best shooting rifle I own and has accounted for many whitetails. Likes Nosler Partitions best.

Love 6mms. There's a beauty of a Browning High Wall on GB now, but I'm on a diet.

I had one for many years. I burned the barrel out a couple years ago and it became a Creed. It was a great rifle and very accurate. I killed around 150 deer with it.
