I have a short notice opening for a 2 on 1, 2 day cow bison hunt on the Crow Reservation of Montana. Tag, lodging, meals, guide included. We've been 100 percent successful and hunters have a choice of either a younger meat cow or a trophy dry cow. Because of the short notice of this, I'm not making a dime selling the hunt...its reduced over 1K per hunter. Openings are right now through end if July, last week of August, and limited openings in September. Please email/text for price and pictures. Since Wyoming raised their cow license for NRs to 2600 this is a great opportunity to get a low cost guided hunt for bison...you wont find a better deal. brvargo gmail.com (801) 927-7137 thanks

Still have the one hunt left, choose 11-12 Sep and save 225 more over the single price hunting with the other purchaser...he doesn't mind.

Apparently you have to PM me the details or a phone number. I'm interested, but apprehensive when "too low to post" shows up on a price.
I would not buy something that runs on any kind of primer given the possibility of primer shortages and even regulations. In fact, why not buy a flintlock? Really. Rocks aren't going away anytime soon.

Thanks Jon, I only post on here when I get discount hunts to pass some savings to the average Joe. We take over 70 clients a year up. We've even had Guy Eadtman up for a bison hunt. Have tons if references and on the 11-12 Sep timeframes I'll be in camp with the outfitter, thanks.

Me and a buddy did this hunt last year, buy with confidence! Just make sure to hang the meat high so the bears don't get into it!

I hunted Antelope out there last year with three buddies from Michigan. We all shot really nice goats. Two of the guys shot cow buffalo and I went along with them. It was more of a hunt than just a drive up and shoot them. It was a very fun time. I’m headed out in just a little over a month with my wife and another couple to chase lopes again. Chaz the outfitter is a good guy. An outfitter I work for in Wyoming, knows him fairly well and they chase mt. lions together some and he hasn’t had anything to say bad about him either. It’s a beautiful place to hunt. The lopes are a little spooky up there!

So do you get to keep all the meat or do you have to pay per pound?

You keep all the meat. It's a regular hunt... do with the animal what you want it's all yours.

Skinning, hanging, any processing included ?
James Pepper: There's no law west of Dodge and no God west of the Pecos. Right, Mr. Chisum? John Chisum: Wrong, Mr. Pepper. Because no matter where people go, sooner or later there's the law. And sooner or later they find God's already been there.

The outfitter will skin and break down the bison into quarters or debone it depending on how big your coolers are. No local processing is available...your own coolers and ice...we've had guys from Florida do it so you just keep adding ice as it melts till you get home, thanks! Local taxidermy is available if you want to drop off the head or hide for a rug, European, or head mount.

I booked this hunt September 11,12 and would be more than happy to hunt with another hunter to save us both some money. I am driving from northern New Mexico and would be happy to share driving with said hunter if along the route as well.

The wife and I just got back last week from this hunt with Guide Chaz, booked with 30 HART. Nice camp, great guide and a healthy population of Bison. My wife killed a nice cow on the first morning.
