drano, Your in for a treat. Holler at me and we'll go there. It's just a few minutes off Interstate-30 at Bryant. Eight different ranges with covered sheds to shoot from. Benches, steel plates, plywood, shotgun and pistol ranges. Top notch private gated club for $100 a year that never closes.

It belonged to my grandfather, then my father had it and only shot it a few times. After my father left us, I grabbed all of the guns, my brothers aren't interested in shooting or hunting. It was always in the rack when I was a kid, but I never shot it until about a month ago. When I got it about 2 years ago, I took it apart and cleaned it and put it in the safe until recently. I might have to try it out this fall and kill a deer with it.

Kirk,

I note that the rig in the back of the photo has the very early barrel contour.

What a find! Quite an accomplishment to find those mounts and scopes too.

Real beauties! Don't forget to bring those by sometime--would really like to see them...

Fellow named David Hall Hilliard did that one up in Cornish, NH sometime around 1870. It still shoots well. .50 caliber
