Born again when I was 23 in 1981, I asked God to supply me with His choice for a wife. Met her months later at an evangelical meeting. Never saw her before but turns out we grew up within 4 miles of each other. We've been married since 1983. Awesome woman. "He who finds a wife finds a good thing & obtains favor from the Lord."

Crashed her company Christmas party . I knew an old German rancher couple from Central Oregon that met when they crashed into each other at an intersection in Portland in the 30s. RIP

Mine moved in with my sister at the same time I was staying with her for a while. I joke that we lived together before we ever dated.

Woman I was going out with at one time...we both realized this was going no place, no sparky stuff, but nice enough person that she introduced me to my future wife...thinking it would be a good match. Turns out she loved to hunt and fish......this was taken when we were still dating.....

I was a cook at Quincy's Steakhouse while going to college in 1985. She worked the front line and was still in high School. She annoyed the Hell out of me trying to tear my attention away from the waitresses. One day I said What the Hell and the rest is History. 2 kids and 4 grands. I was Blessed

I met my wife while stationed at Marine Barracks Rota, Spain 1972-1976. I First met her in this Spanish tienda called "The Sangria Shack" (for the Americans) and also "Bar La Parra" (for the Spanish, and because it had an outer patio covered with vines "parra" in the summer.) She worked on the base in the Officer's BOQ as a maid, and I would often see her walking back and forth to work as I was standing guard at the main gate to the base. I asked her to marry me (and she said yes) on 10 November 1973 after Marine Corps Birthday Ball We were married in this 16th century catholic church
