I spent all of last week either sitting on airplanes or sitting in meetings. Yesterday, cardio, 30 minutes stair machine, 25 on the bike.
Hope to get back in the gym today. Might load up a pack and haul that around the park instead.

Been keeping up on my working out, just haven't been good about posting! Some highlights over the past weeks have been keeping up with the PNWild workout , did hill intervals on the mountain bike on Sunday (Damn do they hurt!) and just upped my weight in the pack for the morning walks with the wife to 75 pounds. Feeling great though!

Been getting up and throwing on my weight vest then taking the dogs for a five mile poop patrol before I head off to work each morning. Finished up my work week and have a few days off. The Sun is out and the weather is about as nice as it gets. Perfect for an outside work out. Going to load up my Mystery Ranch Mule and take a walk. After the hike I'll hit the kettle bell and knock out some swings, snatches, and Turkish get ups.

So far this week I have (2) 60min rides on bike trainer and one session of bodyweight exercises and stretching. Second session tomorrow. Also did a nice 3.4mile hike last weekend with 25lb pack. Planning another this weekend but pack weight will go up with trail camera stuff so it'll be slow and steady. Doc says all is good, no restrictions. I'm breathing thru an opening 40% of normal but 4x what I was so progress. Strength is coming back slowly too.

Good news Scott...
I've been getting no exercise in order to give the mountains a chance... guessing that is going to bite me in the arse in a couple days.

Stairmaster, PNWild days 1,2,3,etc, elliptical, light weights, band exercises, stretches, Dog walks and the days keep flying by.
Thanks to whoever mentioned the PNWild. Good stuff for an all-round workout.

Got in a good mountain bike ride at one of my favorite places yesterday, almost 16 miles and 1,500 feet of climbing. Was the first at the trailhead and was able to see a lot of wildlife out there, a great time!

Congrats MW, the coolest title in sports is Finisher. I couldn't read the time on the graph but it seemed to be pretty fast for all that distance/up.
