Wife cooked a crock pot Salisbury steak dinner.

Had noodles and corn with it.

Very good.

I still love it.....but not no dang peas. They're one of the few veggies I don't like.

First couple of times I had it up in the PNW I thought it was OK.

Got tired of it real quick.................I think the tug companies up there own stock in it..............the deckhands used it on everything.............probably in the pancakes even............... and they haven't a clue about how salty stuff is so they just add more before they serve it.

A lite sprinkle I could probably handle now since it's been a year and half, almost two since I was on the barges. But it kinda brings back bad memories. They didn't seem to get the concept one could always add some at the table, but not the other way around.

One thing this place is good for, is learning about things we never heard of. Course, then you can't buy it.

I use this mixed with Byron's butt rub as a rub on pork butts. You have to go easy on the Alpine though or it will over power the other stuff.

Well, I might just have to check that stuff out. I'm heading to Flagstaff in Oct for a hunt , my bro lives there, and they have a Sam's Club. The internet search says Sam's sells 32 oz containers of it............should last me until they plant me or throw me over to play with the fishes.

Have never seen it around here.

Arrrrrrr, no tomatoes for me this year. Neighbor gave me 3 nice starters and they failed to blossom. Goin' like gangbusters but I haven't the heart to dig them up.
