I just got my shipment of Sierra 87 grains. Loaded up 10, 5 at 33.5 grains of IMR4064 and 5 at 34 grains so I'm ready to see nice ROUND holes in my cardboard box.... grin

If God wanted us to be vegetarians, he would have made broccoli more fun to shoot!

If guns kill people, does that mean I can blame misspelled words on my pencil?

The guy in Wyoming I got my 99R from included a partial box of Sierra 87gr sp and another of Sierra 117 gr sp. He said he used the 87 on deer and antelope and the 117 on elk. Said he liked to sneak in close on elk and shoot them in the neck. When I started loading for it I found out why. Those 117s looked just like your picture. Makes me wonder if he ever sighted the thing between using the 87 and 117s, probably just shot whatever he had handy and figured it was sighted in.
Mine does great with the75 gr Sierra hp or Speer 87 TNT for varmints and the 87 Hot Core for deer. The Speer 100 Hot Core is shorter than the other 100s and will group into around 1.5" at 100.
