Wish I could be there. It sounds like you guys are going to have a great time at both fests. David

Pulling out from Minneapolis in about an hour here. If there's anything we can bring, speak now or forever hold your peace.

Just want to thank you guys, had a lot of fun at Savage Fest today, think I learned a lot...and probably added a couple things to my wish list. Was great meeting some of the great people on this site in person. I'll be looking forward to the next fest, might even have to add a Savage to the safe before then.

Thanks again for your hospitality,

Tim

Oh yeah, and that washing machine was cool as heck!!!

Eric and I just pulled in at home. Had a great time, and met some really nice folks. Hat's off to all who attended. I picked up a 99 in .243 for my granddaughter. I hope to get a deer with it this fall, and then hand it down to my son so he can get one or two with it before she is old enough to hunt. Upon arrival back home, Eric's wife was there to greet us with little Esther, and she was grinning from ear to ear. Just the kind of homecoming a granpa wants.

Special thanks to everyone. Eric and I both learned a lot. It was good to put some faces to the names we see here on the fire.

'Hope everyone made it home safe and sound.

This was my 4th Fest and they keep getting better. Everyone seemed to have great time. And we had twice as much good food as could be eaten. Maybe should be the Savage Food Fest! Gene's COMPLETE Savage washing machine was just cool. So complete you would need to use for mixed drinks vs. just a beer cooler. And of course all the 1899' and 99s with a few 1895s to boot. THANKS to Rick for hosting again.

Savage Fest 2018 is in the books.
The spirit of friendship, conversation, kindness and generosity were abundant.
Lots of laughs and learning as well.
Thanks to everyone who participated whether near or far. Everyone pitched in and it was a total team effort.
Savage Fest 2020 isn't that far away... smile

Count me in, where ever it's at. Really enjoyed the time with my son, and all our great members. Eric and I don't get many chances to spend time together, so it was a great chance for us to reconnect a bit.
