I know, I know, But... cheating yourself out of a good steak when you only have 20 minutes is wrong sometimes. Charcoal/ wood fuel rules.

Nothing wrong with gas.
That Genesis grill was expensive.
Worth it though I reckon.

A buddy recently bought a Weber Spirit II grill. He said he saved a few hundred dollars not buying the Genesis. Also said it gets better reviews than the Genesis. He had us over for steaks last weekend. I was there also as an observer and critic. Seems like a nice grill with full Weber quality. The new design really is a home run for Weber.

I am looking at an infrared grill for the times you need a quick meal. They sear meat like no other it seams.
Anyone have experience using one? What brand?
